3. Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.  This information is generally used in conjunction with the application process.  It may include motor vehicle reports, claims reports, clue report and information from a consumer report.

We will only disclose your non-public personal information as permitted or required by law.  We may share information about you with third parties as necessary to effect, administer or enforce a transaction that you request or authorize in connection with servicing or processing a product or service that you request or authorize.
